The fair and dignified treatment of staff and their well being is of the utmost importance to us.

As a family-run business we are extremely passionate about the people we employ and the clothes that together we produce. We remain committed to following the strictest of sustainable and ethical codes while creating value for our employees, customers and wider community.

As well as audits by a number of brand customers we are also Fast Forward accredited and registered on Sedex where you are welcome to connect with us and view our most recent SMETA audits. We regularly attend ETI meetings to discuss industry standards and maintain a dialogue with all invested parties.

    Our design process

We create prototypes to our clients specifications, whether that be a full tech pack, sketch, garment or photo we can make it a reality. Our team has many years of experience and ensure all of our garments fit perfectly.

Once the client has sealed the prototype we require an official purchase order. At this stage we will provide you with a production slot and delivery date for your order to be completed.

We follow a strict sealing process and will only begin production once the customer has passed the garment as suitable for production. Our aim is to have the fit passed first time but we are happy to re-fit as necessary to ensure the product is right.

    Our Manufacture Process

Our in house production capacity is approximately 40,000 pcs per month, however we have scalable production through our satellite factories around the UK and Romania for larger production runs. We have available the following gauges: 3, 5, 7, 10, 12 & 14.

We adhere to a strict QC process starting at the point of knitting where each individual machine is checked several times a day to ensure stitch length and garment weight is kept within tight tolerances. Our roving QC ensures all stitching is to the required standard and we implement a broken needle policy. We also have a garment inspection team responsible for checking every single garment we produce.

Our average lead time is 4 weeks for new garments and can be 1-2 weeks for repeats depending on volume and yarn availability. Lead times from Romania are between 6-7 weeks. Our speed gives our clients the valuable market information required to know what is selling and to get repeats in quickly allowing them to trade a winning item effectively. This also reduces the risk involved with buying so far in advance and reducing the need for capital to be locked up in LC's etc.

Like our clients our aim is to make a product that flies off the shelves! At this stage the garment is already sealed and we will be in a position to replenish your stock extremely quickly, ensuring you obtain the maximum yield from every product you create with us.
